Astro Scorpio offers Jyotisha (Vedic astrology) calculations for personal use. Using the site means accepting these terms.
What the results are
The calculations follow the conventions and sources set out on the methodology page. The interpretations shown, such as yogas and doshas, report what the classical texts say.
They are offered for information and personal interest. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and decisions you make with them are your own.
Accuracy
Results depend on the birth details entered, the birth time above all. The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is free of errors or always available.
Saved charts
Anyone with a chart’s link can open it. Save another person’s chart only with their agreement, and delete a chart when it is no longer needed.
Fair use
Do not overload the site, copy it at scale or try to get round its rate limits or security. Search engines and other crawlers that follow robots.txt are welcome.
Content
Place data comes from GeoNames under CC BY 4.0. Classical texts are credited where they are quoted. The rest of the site’s text and design belongs to Astro Scorpio.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Astro Scorpio is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
